hostname inside VE: FQDN or not

      Description

      It seems that OVZ-4224 and the following commit
      http://git.openvz.org/?p=vzctl;a=commit;h=57bfaa5a61064b2f1618a7c12a2ecb508ed61393
      triggers a problem that is described in OpenVZ users community
      http://forum.openvz.org/index.php?t=msg&th=8710&start=0&

      I don't understand why non-FQDN should be written to /etc/sysconfig/network.
      So, *-set_hostname.sh scripts have to be fixed.
