iproute causes container to not start anymore after upgrading guest OS to Centos-7.5
>How reproducible:
upgrade to iproute-4.11.0-14.el7 and restart container
>Steps to Reproduce:
1. iproute-3.10.0-87.el7 to iproute-4.11.0-14.el7
2. restart container
3. see it hanging, enter container and see "ip" command hanging
>Actual results:
hanging
>Expected results:
container bringing up network and starting
>Host OS:
OpenVZ release 7.0.7 (336)
>Guest OS:
Centos 7.4 -> 7.5

Downgrading only iproute to iproute-3.10.0-87.el7 makes it work again.
