I'm packing the tools ploop, vzctl, and vzquota for Alpine Linux 3.3. Alpine Linux uses musl-libc as standard C library. Each tool has compilation issues which I managed to resolve – please review the attached patches. I'm not very comfortable with C, so there can be a better way to resolve them. I haven't created any pull request so far.
